FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited - Notice of Revised Filing for Proposed Initial Public Offering

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from FCI advising that further to their notice on March 23rd, 2018 advising of the filing on that date of a Registration Statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (US SEC) relating to the proposed initial public offering of FCI’s common shares in the United States, a revised version of the registration statement was filed with the US SEC on March 30th, 2018.
