NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Pursuant to:

Section 64 (1) (b) of the Securities Act 2012 & Rule 603(2) of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited:

Berger Paints Trinidad Limited wishes to advise that on July 24, 2017, Ansa Coatings International Limited, a subsidiary of the Ansa Mcal Group has purchased 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Lewis Berger (Overseas Holdings) Limited (LBOH).

Ansa Coatings International Limited is now the indirect holder of 70% of the share holding of Berger Paints Trinidad Limited.
