NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Pursuant to Section 63 and 67(2) (c) of the Securities Act 2012, Berger Paints Trinidad Limited ("the Company") wishes to advise its shareholders that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2017 ("the Annual Report 2016 - 2017") is now accessible on the Company's website at:
