112,519 Ordinary Shares of One Caribbean Media Limited were listed on the Stock Exchange on Monday 17th July 2017 and will become effective on Tuesday 18th July 2017, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 66,499,801 Ordinary Shares.
