NOTICE TO STAKEHOLDERS
CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Trinidad Cement Limited (“TCL”) hereby advises that under the terms of the Technical and Managerial Services Agreement dated April 23, 2015 between CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (as from time to time amended, modified, supplemented or restated), Mr. Rodolfo Martinez has been appointed to the position of General Manager – TCL, effective as of Monday, June 26, 2017, to replace Mr. Jinda Maharaj.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012.
