Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited advises that Mr. Paul Baroni resigned from the Board of Directors effective April 24, 2017.

His resignation follows his appointment to a new role within The Bank of Nova Scotia, Canada, as the Senior Vice President, Chief Auditor.

The Chairman, Directors and Management of the Bank thank Mr. Baroni for his service and extend best wishes to him in his new role.
