Unilever Caribbean Limited - Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Eighty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Unilever Caribbean Limited will be held in the Port of Spain ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, #1 Wrightson Road, Port of Spain, on Thursday, 25 May 2017 at 2:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

ORDINARY BUSINESS

1. To receive and consider the Report of the Directors and Auditors, and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016.
2. To re-elect a Director.
3. To elect Directors.
4. To appoint Auditors, KPMG and authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration for the ensuing year.

RECORD DATE

The Directors have fixed Friday, 28 April 2017 as the Record Date of shareholders entitled to receive notice of this meeting.
