Readymix (West Indies) Limited - Notice to Shareholders - Directors Circular re Trinidad Cement Limited Take Over Bid

Further to the company’s “Notice to Shareholders” published on March 31, 2017, regarding an Offer and Take-Over Bid Circular (“the Offer”) dated March 24, 2017, issued by the Board of Directors of Trinidad Cement Limited to Readymix (West Indies) Limited (“RML”), RML wishes to advise that on April 18, 2017, a Directors' Circular was mailed to all shareholders on the Register of Members as at the close of business on March 31, 2017. This Circular can also be accessed via the Company’s website: www.readymix.co.tt.

The Directors’ Circular contains information relevant to the Offer and to RML; the position of the RML Board of Directors regarding the Offer; and an independent Fairness Opinion in relation to the Offer.
