NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors has declared a final dividend of $3.10 per share bringing the total dividend for the year ended September 30, 2015 to $4.35 per share. The dividend will be paid on Tuesday December 1, 2015 to shareholders on record at the close of business on November 16, 2015.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members will be closed on Monday November 16, 2015.
