A Message From Stallion Property Trust

The Offering Period for the initial public offering for units in the Stallion Property Trust closed on Friday 3rd July, 2015. Although the Lead Broker has reported that there was a substantial number of applications for the offering and we received tremendous encouragement and support from the Public, the Offer was not fully subscribed.

Our proposed business model, as detailed in our Prospectus, required full subscription, so therefore we must regretfully cancel the Offering and return all funds to those who subscribed. We thank all such subscribers for their confidence and support.

We continue to plan and to grow our portfolio. We look forward to exploring other opportunities and/or structures to come to market.
