Readymix (West Indies) Limited - Notice of Change in Senior Management

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE) received notice of the following changes:

1. Ms. Adele Pereira - Human Resource Manager, has proceeded on vacation leave commencing April 27th, 2015 until June 10th, 2015, when her resignation from the Company becomes effective. M. Pereira, therefore, is no longer in operational capacity with RML;

2. Effective May 04th, 2015, Mr. Andres Peña was appointed to act as General Manager of RML, until Mr. Manan Deo officially retires on October 16th, 2015, after which, Mr. Peña will assume the position of General Manager, RML; and

3. Mrs. Reshma Gooljar-Singh will return to her substantive position as RML’s Marketing Manager.
