SBTT – Change to the Board of Directors

Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited advises that Ms. Sylvia Chrominska (Chairperson) and Mr. Craig Reynald (Director) did not offer themselves for re-election at the 45th Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on March 3, 2015.

Ms. Chrominska was the Chairperson of the Board for the past 2 years, having been appointed in 2013, whilst Mr. Reynald served on the Board of Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited for the past 7 years.

We thank Ms. Chrominska and Mr. Reynald for their invaluable contributions and extend best wishes to them in their endeavours.
