GKC - Withdrawal of Shares

This is to advise of the following transaction:

997,307 Ordinary Shares of GraceKennedy Limited were withdrawn from the Company’s issued share capital effective Friday 16th January 2015, thus reducing the issued share capital to 331,490,878 Ordinary Shares. This withdrawal is pursuant to the “GraceKennedy Repurchase Programme”.
