OCM New Share Issue

One Caribbean Media Limited (OCM) will issue up to 3,000,000 Series A Ordinary Shares of no par value at TT$20.00 or BDS$6.35 per share (payable in full on application).

The Application List will open at 10:00am on Monday 25th September, 2006 in Barbados and at 10:00am on Tuesday 26th September, 2006 in Trinidad. It will then close in both countries on Friday 6th October, 2006 at 3:00pm or at the Directors discretion on the full subscription of the Issue.
