Inglefield appointed to TTSE board

Peter R Inglefield has been appointed a director of the T&T Stock Exchange. 

Inglefield, who retired as tax partner and managing partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2010 after 34 years, has a wealth of experience in the financial sector. He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in April 1976 as a senior member of the audit department. He was transferred to the tax department in May 1977 where he was accepted into partnership in July 1986 and assumed responsibility for taxation services.

Inglefield is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England at Wales and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of T&T.

The full TTSE board now includes chairman Peter Clarke, deputy chairman Ray Sumairsingh, lead independent director Andrew McEachrane, Donna-Marie Johnson, Godfrey Gosein, Michael Phillip, Alvin Johnson, Ian Narine, Peter Inglefield, Ranjit Jeewan, Subhas Ramkhelawan and Terrence Chang.
