RML - Change in Director

Readymix (West Indies) Limited (RML) has informed the Stock Exchange that Dr. Rollin Bertrand resigned as a Director of RML, effective August 22nd, 2014.

Additionally, the following is a list of RML’s Board of Directors as at August 29th, 2014:

• Ms. Eutrice Carrington (Chairperson);
• Mr. Arun Goyal;
• Mr. Anton Ramcharan;
• Mr. Hollis Hosein;
• Mr. Lincoln Parmasar;
• Mr. Satnarine Bachew; and
• Mr. C.H. Wayne Manning.
