FNCU Venture Capital Company Limited - Delisting of FNCU

This is to advise of the following:

4,455,000 FNCU Venture Capital Company Limited Shares (FNCU) will be de-listed from the Stock Exchange effective Thursday 14th August, 2014.

The de-listing order was granted pursuant to an application for de-listing made by the Exchange. On July 28th 2014, the Board of Commissioners considered the application and approved the de-listing.
