Neal & Massy Acquires Insertech (Caribbean) Limited

Chief Executive Officer of Neal & massy Holdings Limited (NML), Mr. Bernard Dulal-Whiteway, announced in a press release today that Neal & Massy's Energy Business Unit recently acquired a 100 per cent holding in Insertech (Caribbean) Limited and Insertech Aruba N.V.

According to the release, Insertech is the leading provider of power and control systems for the energy sector. Insertech is ISO 9001:2000 certified and thus is reputed for its quality of service and for its track record in Health, Safety and the Environment.

The current Insertech management team will continue to lead the organisation and will be integrated into Neal & Massy Energy Business Unit under the leadership of its Chairman, Gervase Warner. In addition, all Executive Directors will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of the newly renamed entity - "NM Insertech” Limited.
