ANSA Merchant Bank Limited – Payment of Final Dividend and Record Date

PAYMENT OF FINAL DIVIDEND AND RECORD DATE
Based on the Financial Results for the year ended December 31st, 2013 the Directors have declared a Final Dividend of Eight-Five (85 cents) per share to members on the Register of Shareholders as at May 20th, 2014.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
To facilitate the payment of the above dividend, the Register of Members will be closed on Wednesday May 21st, 2014.

MAILING OF DIVIDEND CHEQUES
Cheques for this dividend will be mailed out to Shareholders on May 30th, 2014.
