GHL - Annual Shareholder Meeting and Payment of Final Dividend 2013

Guardian Holdings Limited has advised the Stock Exchange that the Company’s Board met on March 21st, 2014 and considered the Financial Results to December 31st, 2013 and made a decision to:

- Publish these Year End Results in the Press on March 31st, 2014;
- Pay a Final Dividend on April 28th, 2014; and
- To convene an Annual Shareholder Meeting on May 6th, 2014.
