GraceKennedy Limited - Withdrawal of GKC Shares

2,007,098 Ordinary Shares of GraceKennedy Limited were removed from the Company’s issued share capital effective Friday 14th March 2014, thus reducing the issued share capital to 333,320,710 Ordinary Shares. This withdrawal is pursuant to the “GraceKennedy Repurchase Programme”.
