FCI - Notice of Special Meeting of the Shareholders

FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that the company called a special meeting of shareholders immediately following the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, March 20th 2014 to consider an amendment to the Amended and Restated By-Law No. 1 of the Bank to:

a) Allow for the electronic communication of documents, for example, sending the annual report on a compact disc; and
b) Reflect that there will be only one executive Director on the Board following the resignation of Mr. Michael Mansoor.
