Notice of the Resignation of Glenn Maharaj and the Appointment of Martin De Gannes to the Board of Directors of Prestige Holdings Limited

We hereby notify you, in accordance with the terms of the Listing Agreement dated January 21, 1999 made between yourself and us, that Mr. Glenn Maharaj tendered his resignation with effect from March 30, 2014 as a Director of Prestige Holdings Limited after fifteen (15) years of service to the Company.

Please also be advised that Mr. Martin De Gannes, has been appointed a member of the Prestige Holdings Limited Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2014.

Please find enclose, as authorised by both the Board of Directors and Senior Management of the Company, a copy of the required press release for your review and records.
