JMMB - Consideration of Dividend Payment

Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that further to their notice that a dividend would be discussed at the next Board of Directors meeting of November 29, 2012, a Special Board meeting will instead be convened on November 27, 2012 to consider a dividend of the Ordinary shares.
