Agostini's Limited - Appointment of Director

Mr. Joe Esau, Chairman of Agostini’s Limited, has announced the appointment of Mr. Gregor Nassief as a Director of Agostini’s Limited with effect from November 1, 2012. Mr. Nassief is President and CEO of Tecsys Latin America and Owner/Director of Secret Bay, an ecotourism resort hotel located on the north coast of Dominica.

Mr. Nassief founded Tecsys Latin America in 1993 and today the company has offices in Miami, Caracas, Bogota, Santiago and Panama City, and has clients in 15 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Mr. Nassief was born in Dominica and studied IT and Finance at New York University. He is married and has two children.
