SFC - Notice of Record Date for Annual Meeting

Sagicor Financial Corporation has informed the Stock Exchange that the Directors of the Company have by resolution fixed May 2, 2012 as the record date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders entitled to receive Notice of the Ninth Annual Meeting of the Company.
