NFM - Changes in Management

National Flour Mills Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that Ms. Gillian Pollidore has tendered her resignation from the Company effective April 2, 2012. Ms. Cheryl Edwards has been appointed to act as Chief Executive Officer from April 10, 2012. Ms. Edwards has been an employee of NFM for the past sixteen (16) years and held the position of General Manager, Operations.

Ms. Debbie Sirjusingh has been temporarily appointed as the Corporate Secretary
effective April 16, 2012.
