Request to delist CCMB Variable Cumulative Preference Shares

Capital and Credit Merchant Bank Limited has requested the delisting of its Variable Cumulative Preference shares as at April 14th, 2011. The request is being made as both tranches of preference shares will mature on April 13th, 2011 and they will be redeemed with principal and interest being paid to the shareholders.

The Stock Exchange will act in accordance with the Securities Industry Act, 1995 to have the Variable Cumulative Preference shares delisted and will inform the investing public of the delisting date.
