Fortress Caribbean Property Fund Cross Listing in Trinidad.

The Fortress Caribbean Property Fund is a Barbados based close-end mutual fund which focuses its investment in property primarily in the Caribbean. Shares in other property companies or funds and Government Securities are the other main investments of the Fund. The shares of the Fund have been listed on the Barbados Stock Exchange and traded since October 1999, but has recently obtained approval to be cross-listed on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange and will officially commence trading on Friday 20 January, 2006.

The objectives of the cross listing are to provide additional depth and liquidity to the security in addition to give local investors another option to access the regional real estate markets.

The Shares are being listed with an associated price of TT$5.20.
