NOTICE OF RECORD DATE

Notice is hereby given that the Directors have fixed Wednesday, May 14, 2025, as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive Notice of the Annual Meeting of Trinidad Cement Limited. Formal notice and detail of the meeting shall be mailed to the shareholders who, as at the close of business on that date, are listed on the Register of Members. A list of such shareholders will be available for examination by shareholders at the registered office of the Trinidad and Tobago Cental Depository, 10th Floor, Nicholas Tower, 63-65 Independence Square, Port of Spain, during usual business hours.
