Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited - Notice of Delay in Publication of Interim Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31st Marc

Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL) advises of a delay in the publication of its Unaudited Financial Statements for the three months ended 31 March, 2024. This delay is due to continuing audit work for TTNGL and its underlying asset, Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited. TTNGL apologises for the delay and anticipates publication of the Financial Statements by 31 May, 2024.
