First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited - Notice of Resignation of a Director

The First Citizens Group wishes to advise that, effective April 30, 2024, Mr. David lnglefield has resigned as a Director from the following companies: 

•    First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited;
•    First Citizens Bank Limited;
•    First Citizens Investment Services Limited.
