The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited - Notice of Material Change

The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited ('the Company") wishes to advise that in accordance with the Tobacco Control Regulations 5 and 9 made pursuant to the Tobacco Control Act, the Company is required to implement changes to its packaging and cigarette dispensers.

These changes required Graphic Health Messages to  be placed on the Company's Dunhill, du Maurier, Broadway and Rothmans products and on its cigarette dispensers.

These changes commence from 13 January 2022 and will continue on a phased basis. This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act (2012).
