Legal Notice Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act 2012 - Guardian Media Limited wishes to advise that Mrs. Hema Ramdass-Chatoor has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer/Secretary effective June 15th 2021.

Further, Guardian Media Limited is pleased to announce that Mr. Gerhard Pettier has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer/Secretary effective June 16th 2021.

The Company and the Board of Directors would like to congratulate Mr. Pettier on his appointment, and to sincerely thank Mrs. Ramdass-Chatoor for her valuable contribution to Guardian Media Limited.
