Notice is hereby given that the twenty-fourth annual meeting of the shareholders of First Citizens Bank Limited ("the Company"), in accordance with paragraph 13.1 of By-Law No. 1 of the Company, will be held on Wednesday, June 30 2021 at 10:00am in the Boardroom, First Citizens Bank Limited, No. 9 Queen's Park East, Port of Spain in a hybrid format whereby shareholders may attend and participate in the meeting via a live webcast by accessing a link and following the registration steps.
