NCB Financial Group Limited - Notice of Court Hearing

On May 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica is to hear Claim No. SU 2021 CD 00159 in which NCB Financial Group Limited ("NCBFG") seeks orders permitting it to hold its general meetings for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023 or for so long as Jamaica remains or is designated a disaster area pursuant to the Disaster Risk Management Act (whichever period is longer) in a manner to be specified by the court involving live stream or electronic broadcast. 

Copies of the Fixed Date Claim Form, the Affidavit in Support of the Fixed Date Claim Form and the Formal Order permitting this publication are enclosed and may be found on NCBFG's website at www.myncb.com and the websites of the Jamaica Stock Exchange at www.jamstockex.com and the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange at www.stockex.co.tt.
