Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act 2012, Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited advises that Ms. Richelle Lyman has joined the Company as Corporate Secretary with effect from March 1st, 2021. Ms. Lyman, an Attorney at Law with a wealth of knowledge in Corporate Governance and Compliance, will replace Mr. Michael Phillip who is the incumbent Corporate Secretary.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and Management, we wish to welcome Ms. Lyman to the PLIPDECO family.

We also wish to thank Mr. Phillip for his stellar service to the Corporation over the last ten (10) years.
