Calypso Macro Index Fund - Notice of Material Change

The Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation wishes to announce that the terms of contracts of employment of the following senior officers will expire with effect from December 31, 2020:

Mrs. Judith Sobion, Vice President, Corporate Services
Mr. Warren Sookdar, Chief Information Officer

As a result of the expiration of these contracts, the portfolio of Ms. Natasha Davis, Vice President, Marketing and Operations will be expanded, with effect from January 1, 2021.

Ms. Davis will now have executive responsibility for Strategic Human Resource Management, Procurement/Supply Chain Management, Corporate Security, Health and Safety and Corporate Administration. Ms. Davis will also continue to have oversight of the operations of the Information and Communications Technology Department.
