Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012

Prestige Holdings Limited (the Company) advises that on 3 December, 2020, shareholders approved the amendment of the Company’s By-Law No. 1 to facilitate the hosting of virtual shareholders’ meetings. The amended By-Laws are available for viewing on the Company’s website at www.phl-tt.com.
