Massy Holdings Ltd. - Change in Senior Officers

The Company wishes to advise that pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012 that Mr. Fenwick Reid retired as Senior Vice President and Executive Chairman, Information Technologies & Communications Line of Business effective June 30, 2020.

The Chairman and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Reid for his years of dedicated service to the Group.
