MPCCEL- Delay in the publication of 2019 Annual Report and the Interim Financial Statements for the period ending 31st March

On behalf of the management of MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited, this is to notify our shareholders that Annual Report 2019 and Interim Financial Statements for period ending 31st of March 2020 of the company are delayed longer than expected. The delay is based on the extended timeline in the auditing process dependent on partners from various jurisdictions.

Some of the relevant service partners are from jurisdictions strongly affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic. Some of those maintain a complete lockdown with an undefined duration. Therefore, the publication of the Annual Report for 2019 and Interim Financial Statements for period ending 31st of March 2020 will be delayed for another 7 days with the expected submission on July 6th 2020.
