Prestige Holdings Limited - Postponement of Annual Meeting

The COVID-19 pandemic is a global health emergency that requires effective immediate action by governments, businesses and individuals. We have been carefully monitoring this pandemic and the impact of the several emergency measures announced by the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago including limiting gatherings beyond five persons.

As the country has implemented measures to prevent an escalation of the pandemic, Prestige Holdings Limited wants to ensure that it takes all the necessary steps to support the Government in its efforts. The Company has taken the decision therefore to postpone its Annual

Meeting of Shareholders, which was scheduled for April 28, 2020, to a date to be advised. The Company commits to the monitoring of all developments in the environment with a view to rescheduling the Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the earliest possible opportunity.
