Trinidad Cement Limited - Notice of Record Date for Annual Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Director have fixed Friday March 27, 2020 as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the Annual Report of Trinidad Cement Limited for the year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the Annual Report will be mailed to shareholders who, as at the close of business on that date are listed on the Register of Members. A list of such shareholders will be available for examination by shareholders at the registered office of the Trinidad and Tobago Central Depositary, 10^th Floor, Nicholas Tower, 63-65 Independence Square, Port of Spain, during usual business hours.
