The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited - Change of a Director

The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited (“the Company”) advises that Mr Claudio Wulf resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 20^th February 2020 and Mr Arturo Rodriguez Lordmendez was appointed as a director of the Company with effect from the 20^th February 2020.

A Senior Operations Executive, Mr Rodriguez Lordmendez has 25 years’ experience leading the operations function with a strong commercial and financial mindset. Mr Rodriguez Lordmendez currently heads the opeartions function for British American Tobacco’s interest in Canada, Latin America North and the Caribbean.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr Wulf for his service to the Company and welcomes Mr Rodriguez Lormendez.
