First Citizens Bank Limited - Notice of Extension of the Closing Date for the Additional Public Offering

Notice is hereby given that, on Tuesday 21st March, 2017, the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the ultimate shareholder of the Offeror of the APO – First Citizens Holdings Limited, has requested and the Board of Directors of First Citizens Bank Limited (First Citizens) agreed to extend the closing date for the final lodging of applications for the APO from Friday 24th March, 2017 to Friday 7th April, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, Chapter 83:02 of the revised laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
