NOTICE is hereby given that the Directors of the Company have by resolution fixed March 16, 2017 as the record date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders entitled to receive Notice of the Fourteenth Annual Meeting of the Company.

Only those Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders of record on March 16, 2017 will be entitled to receive Notice of the Fourteenth Annual Meeting.
