GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 18th May 2017 of $0.30 cents per stock unit, or a total of approximately $297 million to the stockholders on record as at 1st May 2017. The Company’s Register of Members will be closed for the period 1st May 2017 to 5th May 2017.

This was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on 28th February 2017.
