The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE) received notice of the following transactions:

1. A Director purchased shares on the following dates:-

• 57,608 NCBJ shares on March 06th, 2015;
• 37,691 NCBJ shares on March 09th, 2015;
• 1,043 NCBJ shares on March 13th, 2015;
• 887 NCBJ shares on March 16th, 2015; and
• 8,400 NCBJ shares on March 23rd, 2015.

2. A Director purchased 6,038 NCBJ shares on March 23rd, 2015.
