TCL - Change in Shareholding of Officers – Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) has informed the Stock Exchange that the trustees of TCL’s ESOP have completed transactions involving 354,041 TCL shares on behalf of Officers of the company. These shares are being held in the ESOP trust account and were acquired as follows:
