TCl - Appointment of Director

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) has informed the Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 4, 2013 has agreed to the appointment of Mr. Wayne Yip Choy as a Director to fill a casual vacancy pursuant to Paragraph 4.4.2 of Bye-law No.1. Mr. Yip Choy’s appointment will take effect from November 29, 2013 and will be valid until the next Annual Meeting of the Company at which he will be eligible for election by the shareholders.
